Wills and Estate Planning

Over 70% of the UK population do not have a current Will, which inadvertently creates uncertainty for those left behind.

By writing your Will, you will have the peace of mind of knowing exactly how your money, property and possessions will be dealt with after your death and will help to reduce the emotional stress of those left behind.  In addition, by structuring your affairs at this stage, you can look at how to minimise any liability for Inheritance Tax.

The most common reasons people cite for not having a Will include thinking they are too young, that they do not have anything worth passing on or that they simply do not have time.

There is no right or wrong time to make a Will but having one provides much needed peace of mind for those who you leave behind and does much more than confirm who shares in your assets on death.
