How Do We Work?
Since our formation, our focus has been to deliver a bespoke Equity Release and Conveyancing service for our clients and financial advisor referrers. We believe in a personal approach with each client having their own dedicated case handler who will take care of the client from the offset to completion.
We always focus our service to ensure that each and every client is catered for in the best way for that individual client. We review the client’s legal offer pack and prepare tailored advice, dealing with all aspects of the offer and dealing with any related conveyancing issues which may arise in respect of the title. We then instruct one of our nationwide qualified Consultants to attend on our client for their face to face visit, where they talk the client through our legal advice, the legal paperwork and collect any additional documentation we require. The whole process is aimed at ensuring our clients are fully informed and are not intimidated by the legal process.

We have invested heavily in our IT infrastructure to enable us to improve our service levels and also make it easier and quicker for financial advisors to both instruct us and to also keep up to date with the progress of your instructions.
Whilst our staff are always available to chat with you on the telephone, our online quotes and chat function is operational between 9 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday.

We understand that you may want to source updates on your cases or instruct us, outside work hours when you are dealing with your administration.
With this in mind, we created our bespoke portal which enables you to gain access to your own cases anywhere in the world, at any time, where there is Wifi available. Obtaining updates and instructing us has never been easier or more efficient.
Our portal system provides you with the following benefits:
- Automated e-mails at Key Dates of the process during the cycle of the case.
- Easily accessible reporting of all of your ongoing completed and even cancelled cases.
- Every case will be marked by a tiering system depending upon the complexity of the case. These will be Green – for straightforward cases, Amber – for those cases with an additional element that may delay the transaction and Red – those cases with fundamental problems which will delay the transaction indefinitely.
- Case progress – you can see how far along the process each individual case is, ranging from 0%, 25%, 50%,75% to 100%. We understand most Financial Advisers are self-employed and this provides a good indication of cases that are moving to completion.
- Ability to instruct multiple cases at once for the same client providing a ‘one-stop-shop’ and all cases are automatically linked.
- The facility to enable you to enter important case notes and upload appropriate ID or additional documentation to assist with the handling of the case, either upon instruction or at any time during the transaction.
- API functionality offered to our Providers who require this technology.
- A Full guide is offered on how to use the system and we can offer demonstrations on request, whether they be face to face or via electronic platforms.
- The Portal system is mobile friendly so if you wish you can instruct at your clients whilst taking the relevant details, at home or anywhere you wish.
