Conveyancing Purchases

Instruct our conveyancing solicitors
As soon as you have accepted an offer on your house, you should get in touch with our specialist conveyancing solicitors, and we will get to work on your property purchase.

Conveyancing searches on your new home
After the initial stages, your designated conveyancing solicitor will carry out the necessary searches on your new home, including Local Authority Searches and Water Searches.

Raise any enquiries necessary
After receiving the results to your searches, your conveyancing solicitor will raise any enquiries with the seller's solicitor to ensure that you are happy with every aspect of your new house.

Exchange of contracts & dates agreed
Once the buyers' and the sellers' solicitors are satisfied that everything is in order they will then arrange an exchange of contracts. This step marks the creation of legally binding contract to complete and exchange keys on chosen day.

Completion date - collect the keys & move in
On completion date, your conveyancing solicitor will receive the legal transfer document, together with all the relevant documents for the property, and the release of the keys will be authorised for your new house.
